Upcoming changes in sudo 1.9.0

There are some exciting changes coming in sudo 1.9.0.  The biggest
changes in sudo 1.9.0 are support for centralized I/O logging and
support for sudo plugins written in Python.

Sudo 1.9.0 is currently in beta in case you are interested in trying
