Build error on Solaris 9

Hi,

I have a problem compiling the recent sudo 1.9.7p1 on Solaris 9:

This is a known issue - Solaris 9 does not have INADDR_NONE in
  /usr/include/netinet/in.h
I suggest to use a hardcoded substitute with something like
  #define       INADDR_NONE             0xffffffffU
on systems where the definition is not available.
