I've made a 'respin' release of the Windows binary distribution for
xmltv-0.5.  This includes a fixed version of tv_grab_uk.exe and its
support files, which were missing from the original (d'oh!).  There are
still a couple of 'issues' on Windows, please see the README included,
but it ought to work.

If there are still problems please let me know and I can release another
zipfile if necessary :-(.
