xmltv-0.5.8 released

I have just made a new 0.5.8 release of xmltv.  This is almost
identical to 0.5.7 except for changes to the United Kingdom
listings-grabber tv_grab_uk, which was broken in 0.5.7.  If you do not
use tv_grab_uk there is no need to upgrade from 0.5.7 to 0.5.8.  If
you do, it is essential.

I must apologize for letting broken code slip into the last release: I
checked in a new version of tv_grab_uk into version control without
testing it first, and didn't try to run it between then and when the
release was made.

If you have had problems with tv_grab_uk in 0.5.7, please get 0.5.8
from <http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=39046>.  
If you are still using an older xmltv release, you might as well
upgrade to 0.5.8 rather than 0.5.7.  There is not yet a Windows binary
release of this new version.
