Red Hat 9/8.0 rpms for xmltv 0.5.9

The rpms for Red Hat 9/8.0 have been synced to 0.5.9, including some updates
of the perl modules:

Please report success or failure of these rpms on other platforms (preferab=

with patches ;) - Mandrake was reported to work in the past.
