xmltv-0.5.15 released

xmltv 0.5.15 is out.  This release has bug fixes to grabbers
tv_grab_de, tv_grab_nl and tv_grab_nl_wolf (which now works
again).  The output of tv_grab_na has changed a little in that it now
outputs channel numbers as a separate display-name.  tv_imdb should
now download files correctly on non-Unix platforms (note that packaged
versions for various OSes have not yet appeared).

A change in dependencies, but not functionality, is that installing a
special version of the Date::Manip module is no longer necessary.  You
can just get the latest version (5.42a) of that module from
CPAN.  With this release perl 5.005 is no longer supported, nobody
seems to be still using it - if you are, this is your last chance to
let me know.
