xmltv_prereq: grab-bag of prerequisites for xmltv

To make xmltv a bit simpler to install from source, I have put
together the Perl modules needed in a single tarball.  Get it as
xmltv_prereq-1.tar.bz2 from
<http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=39046>.

It assumes a perl-5.8.0 installation; if you have an earlier version
of perl you may need a couple more modules.  If you have problems with
it, please send a message to [email protected].
