xmltv-0.5.18 released

Version 0.5.18 of xmltv is out.  The main purpose of this release is
to work around a crash experienced by many users with tv_grab_na.  The
workaround seems to avoid the crash for most but not all users; I am
working on a proper fix.  If you still have problems with tv_grab_na
please send a message to the xmltv-users mailing list.

Also in this release are fixes and improvements to some of the other
grabbers: tv_grab_nz is working again, tv_grab_it generates slightly
different (lowercase) channel ids and skips over dud channels in
configuration, tv_grab_hu and tv_grab_nl should no longer produce
incorrect stop times (filter through tv_sort if you would like to add
guessed stop times).

tv_grep now supports --not to negate the following predicate.
