xmltv-0.5.24 released

xmltv-0.5.24 is out.  This fixes tv_grab_sn after a website change
broke it, and fixes several bugs in tv_imdb.

There is a new dependency: XML::Parser-2.34 or later.  XML::Parser has
always been needed (XML::Twig uses it) but now you need version
2.34.  For users of tv_imdb there's a new 'optional dependency' -
installing PerlIO::gzip will speed up handling of compressed IMDB
files.  I have made a new release of the xmltv_prereq package
including these changes.

Get source tarballs for both xmltv and xmltv_prereq at
