xmltv-0.5.26 released

xmltv-0.5.26 is out.  This release has many small bug fixes and code
cleanups, both to grabbers and filter programs.  Two of the
dependencies now require a later version: XML::Writer and
(optionally) Lingua::Preferred; a new version of the xmltv_prereq
tarball has been released.

There are too many changes to list here, but if you build xmltv from
source it's probably worth upgrading.  The Windows binary distribution
and packaged versions for other platforms will follow at some point.
