xmltv-0.5.36 released

xmltv-0.5.36 is out.  (source and WIN32 EXE)

* Changes in this release (0.5.36)

Those grabbers utilitizing the "get_nice" method now support
transparent
caching if the HTTP::Cache::Transparent module is available.  This
should speed up those grabbers that need to fetch pages more than once.

tv_grab_de_tvtoday: fixed bug with --quiet mode

tv_grab_dk: supports xmltv_ns episode format

tv_grab_it: changed to handle data site changes

tv_grab_it_lt: changed to handle data site changes

tv_grab_se: changed to handle date site changes

tv_grab_uk_rt: try and clean up descriptions (more work needed)

I hope this works... this is the first time I've made a full release...
(I didn't think we should wait any longer, Ed's out-of-pocket)
