He also visits Hiroshima on the anniversary of the Peace Memorial ceremony, rides one of the country's most renowned rollercoasters, and explores Mount Fuji, before finishing his trip in Tokyo.

She finds that the property, now under the management of the owner's grand-daughter Clare Sage, has been totally transformed and the business is thriving.
