The OP's message includes this quoted request from the head of MetaBroadcast:

"Additionally, please limit each call you make to a maximum of 24
hours of data."

As you rightly point out, that text is not in the currently-available
Terms and Conditions.

However, if the CEO of the upstream data service asks politely to stop
doing something, it might seem prudent to honour his wishes before
end-users start getting cut off and the UserAgent blacklisted.
