New field on JSON service: "totalEpisodes"

Someone on the mythtv-users mailing list clued me in to the fact that
"totalEpisodes" is something that was provided by the existing UK
grabber, but wasn't in the JSON data.

I've updated the JSON service to add a "totalEpisodes" field in the
program metadata where season and episode are provided. It will take
effect immediately. The field is optional.

If that's something desired in the JSON->XML converter then you should
start seeing the updated programs shortly; I will need to regenerate
the JSON first.
