S0 E0 is a bodge until the next spin of the API, which I am already in
the process of crafting. There were too many applications that had an
issue with a "Gracenote" element existing that _didn't_ contain a S /
E, so it's a temporary fix.

In the next API that particular structure will be re-written and will
give developers time to update their applications.
