please rename your grabbers!

Gary, send me your sourceforge ID and I'll add you to CVS so you can 
commit your grabber.   Once that's done, I'll update the Makefile and 
see if I can get xmltv.exe to work with it.

Kevin, I think I need to manually rename the directory, so just put it 
in the sd_json directory for now, then I'll log in to the CVS server and 
rename it (that way we don't lose history).
