Findings from testing:

i) Build testing via TravisCI/github: source builds/testing is fine across:

Debian stable, testing, unstable
Ubuntu 1404 LTS, 1604 LTS, 1710
Fedora 26, 27
CentOS 6, 7

ii) User testing (Debian unstable/CVS)

tv_grab_dtv_la seems to have started to fail recently. Attempting to
view the source site from the UK resulted in:

----
directvla.com - Access Denied

Error code 16
This request was blocked by the security rules
----

I am not sure if this is a permanent failure or geographic access restriction.

No other permanent grabber failures were noted.

iii) There was an undocumented dependency for zz_sdjson_sqlite
(LWP::UserAgent::Determined) which I have added to the Makefile (and
Dockerfiles used for TravisCI).

iv) I've noticed that testing zz_sdjson and zz_sdjson_sqlite in
parallel (as I now do to speed up testing) breaks when they are both
running at the same time. Might it be possible to get a separate SD
test account for sdjson_sqlite to avoid this issue?

In terms of a Github user account for XMLTV, we already have
https://github.com/XMLTV setup, thanks to dekarl. Is this what you
mean?

Aside from these notes, I think we're in good shape to go forward with
the 0.5.70 release. Does anyone else have anything to add?

Cheers,
Nick
