I've just pushed the project up to:

https://github.com/XMLTV/xmltv

I've tagged each release using annotated tags with semantic versioning
(which we should continue going forwards) and allows github to
generate release tarballs automatically:

https://github.com/XMLTV/xmltv/releases

The repo appears fine, but please *anyone who reads this in the next
few days* clone the repo and check it out. Let me know of any issues.

Please don't start committing straight away, in case we need to respin the repo.

Let's wait a couple days to see if there are any issues found with the
new git repo. I think SF will automatically mark the CVS repo as
readonly anyway.

Assuming the repo migration is okay, we can then move to migrating
relevant tickets and populating the wiki.
