Server move for supplement3.xmltv.org

Hi all

I will be moving physical servers soon (along with a fresh set of IP
addresses) and one of the containers is running supplement3.xmltv.org.

The steps involved are not too hard, but I need support for changing DNS
entries. Copying all stuff over should be easy enough, putting it behind
a proxy also. Who would be the one to ask for the DNS change?

One other question:

I've been looking at the recent web server log files and noticed quite a
number of 404 for legit looking URL, mostly related to tv_grab_uk_rt
where the current status is unknown to me.

This leads to the question - as I don't remember it anymore - how are
updates handled/performed?
