I think a (significant) version bump is long overdue. Two questions:

i) whether there's interest in adopting semantic versioning [1] going
forwards; and if so,
ii) deciding on a 1.0.0 release rather than a 0.6.0 as the public API
for grabbers has been stable for a long time.

I'm happy to take a look - the only thing I can't do is build Windows binaries.
