Current grabber failures

After a round of userland grabber testing today (Debian unstable,
current git), I'm seeing 'graberror' failures in the following
grabbers:

tv_grab_dtv_la
- possibly because I'm geoblocked, can't test otherwise. There is a GH
issue about this.

tv_grab_es_laguiatv
- could not fetch http://www.laguiatv.com/programacion/tve-1-807.html,
error: 400 Bad Request, aborting

tv_grab_in_toi
- malformed JSON string, neither tag, array, object, number, string or
atom, at character offset 0 (before "(end of string)") at
/usr/bin/tv_grab_in_toi line 208.

tv_grab_is
- Wide character in print at
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.28/IO/Handle.pm line 157.
- could not fetch
http://www.stod2.is/XML--dagskrar-feed/XML-Stod-2-dagskra-vikunnar,
error: 404 Not Found, aborting

tv_grab_nl
- could not fetch http://www.tvgids.nl/json/lists/channels.php, error:
404 Not Found, aborting


The following grabbers report 'noprogrammes' (could be down to test.conf)

tv_grab_fr_kazer
tv_grab_se_swedb
