Hello folks, OS: Win10, 64bit XLMTV version: 0.5.70, 32bit I know this isn't the best group to contact but I subscribed and emailed the user group about three days and haven't heard anything back. Is this group still being monitored? I'm hoping I can get some assistance here or given a new point of contact to reach out to. I am fairly new to this but have configured EPGs before however I am new to XMLTV. I am trying to get na_dvt working in FreeGuide. I had no issues installing FreeGuide but it only seemed to have UK grabbers as part of the install package. I tried configuring na_dvt but was getting a bunch of mkdir errors. I googled this and realized I had to install to a folder outside of program files. I did this and made further progress but no such luck. I wasn't sure if this was a FreeGuide issue in general because I know it hasn't been updated in awhile so I tried the UK (uk_bleb I think) and it worked fine. When I try na_dvt I get this message: Running command: "C:\FreeGuide\xmltv\xmltv.exe" tv_grab_na_dtv --configure --gui tk --config-file "C:\Users\karen\.freeguide\xmltv-configs\na_dtv.conf" Timezone is -0400 malformed JSON string, neither array, object, number, string or atom, at character offset 0 (before "LWP will support htt...") at /<C:\FreeGuide\xmltv\xmltv.exe*>grab/na_dtv/tv_grab_na_dtv line 456*. Result code = 1 I tried contacting the FreeGuide user group as well but there seems to be only one guy monitoring it and it's not the developer. He wasn't sure what's wrong. He has FreeGuide working but with na_dd. What I don't understand is the JSON error (I couldn't find any files calling JSON in the local install but admittedly I only did a quick search. What's weirder though is the part I highlighted in red. I don't have this folder structure in the local install. I did however notice this structure exists on the XMLTV github site. My question is does XMLTV go to github to get grabbers if they aren't installed locally or am I getting this error because I don't have this folder structure (and of course the file) in my local install. I also noticed the file in the github folder does reference JSON at line 456. I really couldn't find anything about this when I googled hence I'm contacting you. Is there a problem with that file that needs to be fixed or am I supposed to download that directory and install it locally? Also... if I have to download it do I have to have it in the same folder structure (grab\na_dvt)? The UK grabbers that have been installed aren't in this folder structure. Maybe this is a lost cause but I figure I'd try all possible help groups before I give up. :-) Thanks in advance for any help. Cheers.
