i) tv_grab_fr is updated, tested and pushed

ii) I've made changes to the README, which now incorporates a Travis
CI status badge

iii) I've pushed the relevant version bumps and changes for the 0.6.2 release

iv) userland testing shows no grabber failures after updates and
test.conf refreshing

The userland testing of tv_grab_il has recently started to fail.
Retrieval of channels fails immediately, and a quick look suggests
recent layout changes are breaking the parsing of the page.

I think the best course of action is to disable tv_grab_il, get 0.6.2
out, and then look to fix it. Thoughts?

I'll hold off tagging 0.6.2 until later.
