Just generated a new xmltv.exe http://alpha-exe.xmltv.org and tv_tmdb seems to work fine! One suggestion is to add a link to https://www.themoviedb.org in the output message saying you need an API key. Maybe put the URL a little more predominately in the POD docs too.. I needed to read a bit to get it.
