The Ubuntu 22.04 LTS feature freeze is set as 24 February 2022.

Let's work to get a release cut in the next 2 weeks (weekend of 29/30
Jan?) so that I can get it into Debian (and pulled into Ubuntu) ahead
of the freeze.

Does this sound like a plan?
