Certainly does :-) I've committed the changes for the new 'image' element. I've increased the patch version on XMLTV.pm (cos' I need to test it in tmdb.pm), but haven't done the other prep changes for a new release. Also, you might consider this actually to warrant a minor release status rather than a patch release as it adds sig changes to the DTD and new functionality (viz.: 'image' elements to programme; 'image' and 'url' sub-elements to credits).
