If you go to the repo, and select "actions", and
then select the build (named after the commit
that triggered the build) at the bottom should
be an artifact group.  In this case called xmltv,
which, if you click on the xmltv a xmltv.zip file
is downloaded.  Inside that should be the
xmltv.exe file.
