I fixed the macOS github actions build (it
started failing a few months ago due to
changes in an upstream package, which,
amusingly, has been patched upstream
to fix the breakage a few days ago, but
that fix is not likely to make its way into
the various packaging streams for a bit
longer). However, no good intention is
without a path to heck, and I saw that
the Ubuntu 21.10 build is failing due to
Canonical removing the EoL release
archives for 21.10. I have updated the
buildable container list for Linux.
The windows upload fails (since this
is not a release or code patch, just a
github configuration change that does
not really matter anyway), but since
I am not an admin in the repository
I do not have the ability to review,
test, and/or revise the secrets that
github is storing for the project (or,
for that matter, access to the target
host) to understand the details of
the failure to upload ("permission
denied" may be accurate, but is
not sufficient).
