Let's get a new release out in the next week

Dear all,

Following up from Gary's response on Github [1] let's plan to get a
new release out of the door in the next week so that grabber updates
hits Debian and Ubuntu before their respective freezes).

There have been a few failing grabbers of late. I'm assuming
tv_grab_zz_sdjson* are working well, as my test key has expired.

I'll post an updated grabber status tomorrow.
