xmltv.org domain moving + supplements

FYI... I'm working on getting rid of my server, so moved xmltv.org to
the Schedules Direct server.
Everything appears to be working fine, let me know if something's not
working. :)
Looks like supplement updates weren't working! (xmltv.org hosts
supplements1.xmltv.org) and fixed it. I don't remember who's hosting
supplements3.xmltv.org, but you may want to fix it, or sync against
supplements1.
The update script pull files out of xmltv-nightly. The only file that
changed was xmltv.dtd, and I delete files from removed grabbers.
(tv_grab_uk_bleb tv_grab_eu_epgdata)
I've also updated dns so supplements hits both servers.. I'm giving a
preference to xmltv.org server as it's theoretically more current.
I do see some things in the logs, so some grabbers are using the
supplement process.
