Virgin1 Needs Updating To Channel One (uk_rt grabber)

Minor problem - Just retuning my channels but it appears channel_ids
is still listing Virgin1 - it should be Channel One with an
appropriate channel icon (perhaps now with a sky ownership
"xmltvid"?).

It has been updated in the channels.dat on the RT web site still the
same 2049 id but IIRC we are trying to keep everything up-to-date.

Also according to
http://www.freeview.co.uk/Channels/Entertainment/Channel-One the
channel is open 09:00 to 03:00 not midnight.
