I have no idea what that file is :)

Can you verify that your configured xmltv ids match the current ones
in both your xmltv config *and* the consuming program? (just making
sure as the id for rush was changed in early August)

I have just tested it with a fresh configuration, data for hd.rush.com
gets retrieved and looks good to me and the validator.
