Can you verify that your configured xmltv ids match the current ones in both your xmltv config *and* the consuming program? (just making sure as the id for rush was changed in early August) > Can you confirm you can get the Rush HD data and that the xml is sensible? I have just tested it with a fresh configuration, data for hd.rush.com gets retrieved and looks good to me and the validator.
