I didn't see a reply to the above suggestion. Is the mailing list the
best way to report these, or would they better be raised as bugs?

In any case, I have a couple more suggestions:

The series "Katy Brand vs" which appears with multiple titles (e.g.
"Katy Brand vs Sugababes", "Katy Brand vs Sean Kingston") could be split
into title "Katy Brand vs" or "Katy Brand vs..." and subtitle
"Sugababes", "Sean Kingston" etc.

A series on Sky 3 has titles like "Vinnie Jones' Excellent Adventure",
"Dom Joly's Excellent Adventure", "Neil Morrissey's Excellent
Adventure", "Minnie Driver's Excellent Adventure", which could be split
with title "Excellent Adventure", subtitle "Vinnie Jones", "Dom Joly"
etc. This might be a bit tricky as I've seen both "Vinnie Jones'
Excellent Adventure" and "Vinnie Jones's Excellent Adventure", and
obviously you'll want to exclude "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure".

Cheers,

John
