uk_rt: BBC regional channels update

I've just tried reconfiguring the uk_rt grabber, since I noticed my BBC 1/2 listings weren't being populated. I discovered this is due to the "Yorkshire" regional channel is no longer available on the RT site. channel_ids seems to have been updated to reflect this. When reconfiguring (skydigital, S6), I was not offered the option of any BBC 1 or 2 channels. There are two different reasons for this: · yorkshire.bbc1.bbc.co.uk is still listed in regional_channels_by_postcode; I guess these postcodes should probably be moved to north.bbc1… · north.bbc2.bbc.co.uk is not listed as available on skydigital in channels_platform.
