More channel updates for users of the tv_grab_uk_rt grabber:

i) Updated support for BBC English Regions and local opt-outs:

In order to better support the "official" BBC English Regions, the
following IDs have been created, as it may be possible in the future
for the Radio Times to carry separate listings for the remaining
official regions/opt-outs where this is currently not the case.

Note that in 2004 the BBC's "North " region split into BBC Yorkshire
and BBC Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, although the Radio Times still
carry amalgamated listings under the name BBC North. Also, although
the RT service carries region-based listings for BBC Two, in reality
there is no regional (English) programming on BBC Two and new
configurations will now use one of the four BBC Two Nations channel
configurations. Existing BBC Two configurations should continue to
work as normal.

New configurations will use the following IDs by default (based on the
existing postcode matching) and will not require updating in the
future if and when more localised listings become available. The old
IDs for BBC One North and BBC One Midlands will not be removed for the
timebeing, whilst lineups work progresses.

BBC One East Midlands: east-midlands.bbc1.bbc.co.uk
BBC One West Midlands: west-midlands.bbc1.bbc.co.uk
BBC One Yorkshire: yorkshire.bbc1.bbc.co.uk
BBC One Yorkshire & Lincolnshire: yorkslincs.bbc1.bbc.co.uk

BBC One East (W): west.east.bbc1.bbc.co.uk
BBC One Oxford: oxford.south.bbc1.bbc.co.uk
BBC One Channel Islands: ci.south-west.bbc1.bbc.co.uk

ii) Support for ESPN America HD (HD-flagged version of ESPN America):

ESPN America HD: hd.espnamerica.com

iii) New IDs for some Disney/Nickelodeon channels:

Playhouse Disney +: tsod.plus-25m.playhouse.disney.co.uk
Nick Replay: tsod.plus-1.nickelodeon.co.uk
Nicktoons Replay: tsod.plus-1.toons.nickelodeon.co.uk

iv) Support for MTV Rocks

MTV Rocks: rocks.mtv.co.uk

As always, please let me know of any issues.

Cheers,
Nick
