tv_grab_nl not outputting categories

Hi.

Some time recent, tv_grab_nl stopped outputting Category labels, 
although its source website, tvgids.nl, does show "Genre" labels.

Full disclosure: I first noticed this while using tv_grab_nl_py, but in 
an effort to resolve this problem I then tried my distro's tv_grab_nl 
(which is 0.5.56) and then the current release tarball (0.5.59). Same 
problem.

So to be clear, the grabber does generate channel sections followed by 
programme sections, but these in turn contain only title and url 
sections, no category sections.

Has anyone else noticed this?
