The files in his XMLTV tree are quite old. The tv_grab_es_digital grabber was removed from the distribution because as you noted the target site changed and no one was willing to correct it. There are two other grabbers for Spain I suggest you download the latest release at http://files.xmltv.org. According to the nightly status test at http://xmltv.org shows two grabbers for Spain tv_grab_es_laguiatv and tv_grab_es_miguiatv. One is reporting no issues and the other is reporting minor errors.
