All, Because of ongoing problems with the continuity of EPG data for several of my channels (I live in Belgium), I'm considering alternatives. One potential alternative is using the commercial eu_epgdata grabber, which requires a subscription from epgdata.com. So I went to their website to try and find out what their value proposition is, and I have to say that first impressions are that they are quite a secretive organisation: there's no mention of which channels are available, how rich the metadata is, how many days worth of future metadata is made available, which languages are supported, nor how much they charge. An email address is provided for asking questions such as the above, but I can't imagine why this information couldn't just be made available for all to see. The wiki[1] mentions a price, but also suggests that the list of channels is available which it isn't; has this been removed from their website? I also can't find any sign-up functionality as mentioned on the wiki. Are they easy to do business with? Reliable? Accurate?
