That's exactly what _combiner does. You can mix and match multiple
sources with channel granularity.
You can even add some postprocessing, like tv_extractinfo_en or
tv_imdb, to add additional metadata from movie/series sites.

But anything that goes beyond that I'd suggest to start your own guide
service and invest all the effort into a free guide that just has to be
downloaded and used. (like _hr, _no_gfeed, _se_swedb)
