Radio Times Grabber Missing Programme Data / Poor Data On Some Channels?

Does anyone know if there is a problem with the QVC feed - it is
currently returning no programme titles (others are returning some
data so it is not the usual problem of all channels returning no
data)?

Does anyone know how to get better guide data on the channels that
RadioTimes decided they were not supporting as well a few months ago?
CBBC has been hit quite hard with virtually no subtitle/series
information causing many duplicates?
