The supplemental files you refer to (such as prog_titles_to_process,
which lists programme details to correct or make more consistent) are
not intended to be used by users - they are used internally by the
grabber but are hosted separately so that they can be updated
independently of the grabber script.

Upon checking, the third-party list of postcodes used to populate the
channel configuration (from ukfree.tv) did not include AB11, hence its
omission. Apologies for this, and thanks for noticing. I'll post an
update shortly. If I get around to it I will write a script to parse
Wikipedia and determine how many other postcodes are missing from the
config.

With the launches of the ITV1 +1 and ITV1 HD services (and their STV
and UTV counterparts) and ongoing digital switchover across the UK,
the grabber's postcode-based config is playing catchup at the moment.
When the STV config was created, there was to be a single STV +1
service based on STV Central (like the Scotland-wide STV HD service).
Research (and your message) now indicates that there are 2 STV +1
services (North and Central). I need to update the channel
configurations to support this service improvement - I've just
committed this and it will take a couple of hours for the supplement
server to sync up.

In your AB11 location, the following IDs should be correct, once my
updates have propagated to the supplement server:

STV: north.stv.tv
STV +1: tsod.plus-1.north.stv.tv
STV HD: hd.scotland-macro.stv.tv
