tv_grab_ch_search, 1 hour time offset

hey xmltv users

my local is Switzerland and last night we had a time change from 2:00
to 3:00, one hour forward.

i use mythtv 0.23.1 and tv_grab_ch_search 0.5.59.

the tv listings in mythtv are 1 hour off.. example:
show real start time: 14:00
mythtv tv listing start time: 15:00

have already ask for an idea/solution in #mythtv-users but w/o
success. Now I'm here to get a solution.

If someone needs more information, i will post it.
