Thanks for this report.

I have reported this issue to the Radio Times and hope it will be
corrected. If no correction is made to the raw listings it should be
possible to correct the listings for this channel by temporarily
giving the channel a negative timeshift in the channel_ids file to
shift all timings for BBC News 1 hour earlier.

I hesitate to do this immediately in case the listings correct
themselves in tomorrow morning's update.
