Updated. Listings for BBC News should now (once my commit is synced to
the supplement server) be automatically shifted forwards by 1 hour. I
have just tested this locally, and correct listings for this channel
were produced.

The temporary timeshift will be removed once the correct listings are
available on the RT service.

As soon as anyone notices programme listings for this channel are
starting 1 hour early (a sign that the raw data has been corrected)
please let me know. I have notified the RT of the issue and hope it
will be corrected soon.

Cheers,
Nick
