tv_grab_pt_meo is not a valid command

Hi,

I can see in te changelog that the grabber tv_grab_pt_meo has been added in
the 0.5.61, but it doesn't seem to be included in the windows pre-compiled
binary. I've tried 0.5.59 and 0.5.61 available in souce-forge with te same
result

C:\soft\xmltv\xmltv-0.5.61-win32>xmltv.exe tv_grab_pt_meo --configure
Timezone is +0100
tv_grab_pt_meo is not a valid command.
Valid commands are:

Could it be a problem in the environment that creates the precompiled
binaries that is not including the latest grabbers ?
