(take this with a grain of salt, I've never seen or used Fedora)

Google says it's a packaging error. The package is build with perl
5.12.4 but you don't seem to have that (or a newer compatible version
of Perl) available in your repository...

It has absolutely nothing to do with Switch according to google...

@Nicolas: can you clarify if it's a packaging or configuration error?
