Thanks for this. I keep forgetting to check the debug output for changes 
that you're probably already aware of but will try to from now on.

Actually, the Blue Peter Christmas Special thing doesn't seem to have 
worked for me (the other two have worked fine). Relevant bits from my 
debug output include:

I guess the problem is the 'series 54' thing, causing it to not match 
the rule. Is this something specific to my setup? I'm using XMLTV 
0.5.57, tv_grab_uk_rt version 1.286.

If this isn't specific to my setup, I guess one fix is to use instead a 
type 5 rule like "5|Blue Peter Christmas Special~Blue Peter" but it 
seems a shame to do that, as then we cannot insert "Christmas Special" 
into the subtitle.

Maybe we need a new rule type, that matches on title only (doesn't care 
what the subtitle is), but still allows both the title and subtitle to 
be rewritten.
