The Radio Times feed has seemingly "corrected" the season numbering
for the current QI "Series I" run. This change may cause issues if you
are using uk_rt XMLTV data with PVR software such as MythTV (that can
make use of episode/season numbering in duplicate detection routines)
and have recorded QI in the past.

This issue came to light when my installation of MythTV determined
that I had already recorded the upcoming "Series I" compilation
episode, when in fact this will premiere on 16th December.

QI
==

As far as I can tell, listings for the whole of "Series H" were given
as series 9, rather than 8. The first half of "Series I" was given as
series 10, rather than 9. Recently, the feed has been "corrected"
which has resulted in recent episodes of QI "Series I" being listed as
series 9.

This situation could cause MythTV and other similar software to
identify new QI episodes from "Series I" as having already been
recorded if you have already recorded "Series H" with the old series
numbering and duplicate detection is enabled. Possible ways to handle
this are to delete the previously recorded records for "Series H" or
to manually update the programmeid information if you are comfortable
doing this.

QI XL
=====

The situation is very similar for the extended version of QI, although
it appears that *all* current "Series I" episodes are listed under
series 10. Repeats of "Series H" on Dave are listed under series 9 - I
have added some fixups for those repeats present in the current
listings.

Cheers,
Nick
