If I am awake in the early hours I will try to find out the hours by
trial and error.

I am surprised I can't find this information it is usually on Freeview.co.uk.

Perhaps I am mistaken but it was definitely just showing a Five+1
placeholder in the early hours when I looked and there didn't seem to
be anything on Channel 5 an hour earlier that might have not been on
Five+1 like a Film.
