Having checked all available listings earlier, there are several
programmes already which are incorrectly flagged as BST, and have
start times that are invalid. I've raised the issue [1] with the
upstream data provider and hope this issue can be resolved quickly.
Unfortunately the daylight savings time code in the grabber is not
trapping these errors (excuse: it hasn't been added to date as in the
past, when flags were present they were correct).
